Who Am I? About Irene
Before fully entering the Real Estate Industry, Articling for two years, and becoming Provincially Licensed in 1994, as a full-time REALTOR â, Irene had a long history in international sales and marketing. She was a top producing sales associate for several upscale national retailers, a part owner of an international import/export business for many years, freelanced for a top-notch Toronto Real Estate Law Firm, sold New Home construction and was employed at a Real Estate software development company.
A person with many interests and a firm believer in continuing life-long education, she has taken and excelled in additional courses in Real Estate Law, Appraisal, Appraisal Writing Skills, Mortgage Financing, and Condominium to name a few. She has been affiliated with the World-renowned Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto since 1994, as their Chief Proctor for Examinations. Although her busy real estate business occupies most of her time, being on call 24/7, she still has a love of gardening and horticulture. She was a price-winning horticulturist for many years and at one time owned and tended over 130 hybrid tea roses amongst many other plants.
Having owned several homes in the GTA area, and having travelled extensively, she understands the anxieties associated with re-location, and the complex ordeal of buying and selling a home. She has the professional knowledge, maturity and patience to assist her clients, and in protecting their interests, while meeting their goals, with the least amount of problems. She feels every client has the right to professional, competent, representation when buying or selling, their largest asset, and has an ongoing friendly relationship with all of her past clients.
No Deceptive Gimmicks
As in life, not all REALTORS â or agents are created equal. Irene's approach is very honest, straightforward, and results oriented, to get what her clients want at the best price. She does not make impossible promises just to obtain a listing and does not use any deceptive gimmicks or exaggerated personal advertising claims to deceive the public. Her after sales client surveys and letters of appreciation give her that extra edge of client satisfaction, up to and even after the sale.
